The phaaaaantom of the opera is there…inside my mind (cue epic organ music).

Usually I avoid drawing minor characters since I don’t think anyone will care, but how could I resist such a dramatic shot?  I’m not sure that a molded shimmering mask is historically accurate, but I thought it would be fun to draw.  Also, this guy is a bit girly looking, which probably means he has a cult following.  This one’s for you, cult following!

The Musical – Episode 11 Recap

Often when I’m watching dramas that involve seven-way love “triangles” I think to myself that seven just isn’t enough.  Thankfully the writers for The Musical were sagely enough to realize their woeful error and chose to add an 8th person to the mix.  I’m not sure what we would’ve done otherwise.

In all seriousness though, I’m a huge fan of the new character and her scenes were some of my favorite this episode.  Eight is an even number which means that everyone could end up happy, but I’m not getting my hopes up, lest they be dashed.

Shoes that don’t fit.  Doesn’t it seem like every character in this drama is trying to put one of those on?
